Refund and Returns Policy

At MA Computer & Tech Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing our customers with top-quality laptops, custom PC components, gadgets, and home appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy allows you to return or exchange products under specific conditions.

1. Return Timeline and Conditions

  • Timeframe: Any physical defects, damage, or wrong product deliveries must be reported to our customer support within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Complaints reported after this period will generally not be accepted.

  • Product Condition: For a return or replacement, the product must be in its original condition, along with the original box, packaging, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.

  • Damaged Products: If a product is received in a damaged or broken condition, it must be verified in front of the delivery agent and reported to us immediately.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Software licenses or digital products.

  • Clearance sale or discounted promotional items (unless they have pre-existing manufacturing defects).

  • Custom-ordered hardware or specially configured PC builds (unless there is a manufacturing fault).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or items whose security/warranty seals have been broken.

3. Warranty and Technical Defects

  • Manufacturing Defects: For any technical issues or defects discovered after the initial 24–48 hour delivery window, the official manufacturer warranty policy of the respective product will apply.

  • Claiming Warranty: Customers can claim their warranty either directly through us or via the official brand service center. The original warranty sticker and cash memo/invoice are mandatory for all warranty claims.

4. Refund Process

  • Once a returned product is received, our technical team will inspect it. Upon fulfilling the necessary conditions, your refund will be approved.

  • If an order is canceled due to stock-outs or other reasons from our end, your paid amount will be refunded in full.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are typically issued through the original payment channel used during checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, card, or bank account) within 7 to 10 working days. Courier charges or Cash on Delivery (COD) fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
