1. Order Processing Time

  • Verification & Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Fridays, public holidays, and unforeseen closures).

  • Custom PC Builds: Orders containing custom-assembled desktop PCs may require an additional 1 to 3 business days for professional assembly, cable management, software configuration, and rigorous stress-testing before dispatch.

2. Delivery Coverage and Methods

We offer reliable delivery options across Bangladesh through our in-house logistics team and trusted third-party courier partners:

  • Inside Local Area / City Delivery: Faster door-to-door delivery for local orders.

  • Nationwide Delivery (Outside City): Secure courier delivery covering all major districts and upazilas across Bangladesh.

  • Store Pickup: Customers can choose the Store Pickup option during checkout to collect their pre-paid or confirmed orders directly from our retail location at no extra delivery charge.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

While delivery times may vary based on product availability, courier logistics, and destination, the standard estimated delivery windows are:

  • Inside Local Delivery: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Nationwide Delivery (Bangladesh): 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, volume, delivery destination, and fragility of the products (e.g., heavy appliances or large monitor boxes may incur standard volumetric shipping adjustments).

  • Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.

  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions subject to specific campaign rules or minimum purchase amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking code or status update via SMS, email, or your account dashboard, allowing you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Inspection and Receipt

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of tampering, crushing, or physical damage before signing the delivery receipt.
